My team created an ebook that has set margins in ADE 1.8, iPad, and Calibre e-reader software. We found that when the ebook is viewed on versions earlier than 1.8 (specifically 1.7.3xx), the margins disappear and text crashes into the left margin.
Is this an issue anyone has experience with? Was there a deliberate change to the software between 1.7 and 1.8 to solve this problem?
Also, is there any special setting or coding we can apply to future ebooks to make content display properly on ADE 1.7 (or earlier versions)? Client does not want to upgrade to 1.8.
